We are the Jorma Panula Foundation’s orchestra consisting of young professional musicians who are students and graduates from Dutch conservatories. In April 2021, we started making music together and one year after Siamo Orkest had its first concert.
CONDUCTOR
Aron Tringali, son of an Italian father and a Chinese mother, was born in Milan in 1985, grew up in Vicenza and moved to The Netherlands at age 12. He studied piano at the Amsterdam Conservatory (Bachelor, 2009) and the Royal College of Music in London (Master, 2011) with scholarships from the Dutch Fund for Performing Arts and the Willem Mengelberg Fund. In 2015 he took private orchestral conducting lessons and continued at Codarts in Rotterdam (2017-’19). In 2019 Aron started studying with Jorma Panula and consequently conducted various professional orchestras. Since 2021 Aron has been the artistic director of the Jorma Panula Foundation, the founder and conductor of Siamo Orkest (2022), and the initiator of the Dutch Conducting Masterclass (2023).
